….the pre-match confidence quickly took a hit. I thought it might be like the Newcastle game and it’s largely looking that way, except Fulham might be getting more falling to them in the box and we can’t continue to ride our luck like we have. Saying that, we’ve shown we can cause them a few problems.

Difficult to not see them scoring in the 2nd half, we really need to step it up to stay in this game.

They had three good chances but fluffed the half volley each time

Hoping this may be one of those games we play a bit scruffily and nick a goal or two against the run of play. As you say, step it up please Everton …

This is hard work trying to watch this. I annoys me when we have the ball and there`s one of our players that should be looking to give the player an option to pass to but instead has his arm out pointing to another player to pass to. We look like we are n`t bothered about winning the ball back when we give it away.

We are not getting the ball out to Ndiaye anywhere near enough.

We have struggled to get any of the attacking players in positions where they can actually face the Fulham goal. Most of the time, McNeil and Ndiaye and Dom are receiving the ball with a Fulham player attached to their backside. The one time we were on the front foot we scored, albeit offside.

The make-up of the midfield needs tweaking once again. Doucoure just doesn’t offer enough in a two-man partnership.

This 2nd half i think a Ndiaye / McNeil switch would work well.

McNeil better defensively & Ndiaye having the Xfactor needed in the middle.
