A derby where the Everton players actually FIGHT? COMPETE? unheard-of .... for many, many years. A nice feeling. Supporters in the stadium cannot be praised enough....outstanding belief and you could see that transmitted to the men on the pitch. Gonna miss Goodison like a beloved relative....let's see her off next season with an atmosphere like tonight for every remaining game before the old girl makes way for the beautiful UFO on the banks of the Royal blue Mersey.

PS: Rooney has spoken very well about us on TV tonight. I'd like to see him more closely involved with Everton in the near future.
