Makes me laugh how mancini pulled the we have an injury problem excuse out of the hat everton have an injury problem city have got enough players to cover injuries so mancini can jog on. Bunch of over arrogant [Poor language removed] who got taught a lesson on how to play football

not unusual, but its a bit sad how sky have neglected to mention the game since last night - it wasnt on football first (even this morning), it was only referenced on sunday supplement in relation to how it affects city, and its only been a clearly flu-ridden natalie sawyer who has highlighted it on sky sports news.

Take nothing away from Everton, you were brilliant and passionate as a team.

Had Santa Cruz not been injured after four seconds it might have been different as he can hold the ball up and bring others into play. Whereas with Robinho, We would be lucky to get 10 million for him honestly. The sooner he leaves the better. He has been dreadful for over a year now.

Our cup final?

What made me smile most whilst reading the Blue Moon forum was the fact that we wanted it more as it was 'our cup final' due to the whole Lescott saga. Now although I am sure there is no love lost between the two clubs over the transfer dealings the reason we won is due to vastly improved performances breeding confidence and the fact that players are now able to play in their correct positions (Feli et al). Yesterday was the Everton of last season, full of running, working for each other and good intelligent football. Perhaps some of their fans should have watched our recent performances before writing us off as 'average'. :)

It is not a fair representation of City fans at all. It is where all the banned members from other sites go.

I agree SWP which is why I used the word 'some' so as not to tar you all with the same brush :). Each club has forums that attract a certain sort of fan and that one is most definitely yours :).

city were a disgrace yesterday but everton battled and played a lot better than us and fair play to them. any news about a new stadium yet??

606 -
Phew! As a City fan I'm glad I couldnt get a ticket for our 6-0 "mauling" at the hands of the mighty Everton!

Oh hang on we lost 2-0 via two "homer ref" decisions, had a scratch back 4 and also had Ade, Santa Claus, Ireland and SWP out!
Everton were the better team but come on this wasnt Brazil v Italy 1970!

The media have been waiting for this, Everton will finish mid table City will finish Top 6, City will get players back from ACN and buy, this is a non story, I knew we would get beat because Everton have players back whilst we have injuries.

As for Fergies poodle Moyes, I don’t recall him saying Utd had no class over Rooney, he blamed Rooney, over Lescott it was Mark Hughes who allegedly “lacked class” but he has gone so Moyes/Neville and the other Man U rejects needed to talk about City in general in order to fulfill the brief.

As for Robinho this wasn’t his type of game, when he scores a hat-trick when we face this team of Everton Galacticos later this season you may have to eat more humble pie.

Thanks.

Pint of bitter mate? lol
