Still think their manager was an arl arse for not bringing on Ashley Young’s son.
Can't blame him, he's there for Peterbrough it was 1-0 when he made his last change, if he didn't think that bringing him on would have helped his team then why do it? Would have been different if we had banged in 4 or 5 by 60 minutes. So in a way it's our fault.

First game in years it was nice to see the 'Old Lady' again. Top Balcony was okay the stadium was still quiet despite today's news.

Not much to write home about though in the game. Dyche hasn't half worked his "magic" on this team. Pitiful at times.
Just glad we won those Peterborough fans were doing my head in.
Said this to my lad, it was just so blatantly obvious how poorly they've been coached. Instant thought is to turn backwards, hit it long. Dreadful to watch.

Might be mine and my lads last game to Goodison unless we get a home cup draw again.

Yeah. A very Dyche performance, which to be honest is understandable. Keane interview after infers they've been held back. If we can get an extra few % across tbe team and actually compete, whoever comes in gets my vote. Unless it's Rafael 😉

They were probably shell shocked tbf after everything unravelled yesterday but 100% they're devoid of confidence and ideas.

There was actually 3 nice little passages of play I enjoyed last night (none led to anything and have to remember the opposition)

1. The corner Patterson drilled across the floor to the edge of the box.
2. The corner Harrison drilled high to edge of box for Keane to run onto but got his volley wrong
3. The give and go between Ndiaye, Mykolenko and Beto before Mykolenko got to nose bleed territory.

Just a couple of things that looked like the players were thinking for themselves for a change.

Having Garner and Tim back would certainly help to freshen it up as well in the middle of the park and Harrison done himself no harm at all last night.

They play with zero instinct. Every one of them needs too much time to think. Whether that's the players or the past coaching I'm not sure.
