Symbolic for us yes but for teams below us we fronted the best team in the country and ended the night dancing.

It's only 1 point and probably doesn't make a whole lot of difference, but its very important that they didn't get that win. Maybe more sentimental than anything, but it matters. And you can tell they are extremely disappointed.

It kept the stats at 41 41 38 rather than giving them that one win edge at the grand old lady - that just wouldn't have been acceptable.
