…logic says they will win as they are far superior to us. It’ll be difficult to keep them out and if we are to get anything we’ll have to ride our luck defensively. Saying that, after our 3 straight wins there might be more pressure on them than us and it’s a Derby so ‘the form book goes out of the window.’
This mystical form book that keeps getting hurled through the window seems like a one way street to me ,when we are the better side the window is firmly shut and the book ends up on the living room floor.
Sorry to be so negative but I don't think I have fully got over Sandy Brown in 1969/70 .I am getting better though if i carry on with the councilling I should soon be able to go outside again.

they’re record over us is
scandalous

pray to god for a draw at best

Free hit this.

Go for it, treat it like a cup game.

We MUST engage the crowd early, we've seen in recent weeks how that helps this team.

No fear, no respect, just get stuck right into them.

Score first and we get something from the game, if they get the first then they win comfortably.

Sitting back and giving them confidence on the ball will just make the crowd anxious.

And they will pick us off eventually, play them at their own game and go for the throat, it might not work but i think its the only way we can win this.

Well Sandy’s o g didn’t stop us from winning the title that year and we won the return game at Anfield 2-0 with 1,000’s of Red fans streaming out of their own ground with twenty minutes to go —— that should have helped you to get over it!
