It’s probably the lamest post that’ll be written on here tonight, but that goal just felt so special because after years of crap, it feels like ‘my’ Everton is back. The scrappy buggers who’ll fight to the very end. Knowing what it’s like in the ground on nights like that brought back some good memories. The world can be a crap place, but when Everton are like that it’s a little bit better.
