Play exactly how we played mentality wise in all the home games so far under Moyes, we put one past the rs, 3 past spurs and 4 past Leicester. United look completely without legs in midfield and defence and can be overran.

Win this and we'll be sat only 4 points behind Villa (who play the rs the day before). Big incentive to keep momentum going and you never know how high we can finish this season but top half should be the target to push for now.

There's a bit of a danger of being overconfident going into this one, we still look vulnerable sometimes and they do have some quality still going forward. That said it's a great time to play them obviously.

Don't be.

We are playing and competing now. Whatever result we get, we will still be as competitive as we can be in the next games. United always have a puncher's chance of getting a knock out with their players. It's a huge turnaround in half a dozen games or so but we're the home team and we're the one in form and we just went toe to toe with the league leaders around like they were nothing special - and they're far superior to the Mancs at the moment.

I'd be more worried if I was in their shoes - they look like a team that is rocking on the edge and that they won't know until they are actually in the abyss that they have been pushed over. In fact United probably have their excuses ready for not picking points up against us. They're the ones that should be scared.

Having said that, I am favouring a home win or draw for us if we play to our recent standard and I don't see any reason why we wouldn't.

Goodison and the crowd have been awakened from too long a slumber. Goodison will be intimidating for Man U.

Moyes will have a point to prove, hopefully, as sometimes happens, he can transmit this extra reason to win to the already motivated players and fans

Probably why Beto slotted another in on Saturday. One on one with the keeper and he`s stayed as cool as a cucumber twice, and hopefully does the same Saturday lunchtime, he`ll certainly get at least one chance.
