I was used to the 80s and expecting and demanding we thrash the likes of United. Anyone genuflecting at United these days should be removed from the club. There’s no excuse to implode today and today will be a superb test of this team’s psychology and determination. Are we the same old weak team or have things actually changed.

I don't think anything has fundamentally changed. We bought one player and he's been benched.

The question is: has Moyes changed?

I reckon it’s because he thinks he’ll throw his weight about a bit will have to be subbed at some point so can bring on Alcaraz, which is preferable to the other way round.

Would still have preferred to see Alcaraz play the full game tho.
