100% agree with you it could be alot worse, under this board we won't go into administration. But the fact is we are standing still, if the board don't start investing in Everton we will be back to fighting to stay in the prem instead of fighting for a place in europe!

Anyway, I got a feeling we will win today and win big can see us getting 3 or 4 today COYB

Good post mate..yeah we do need to go forward..but baby steps is better than giant steps , Giant steps is what Leeds did and it took them years to recover..COYB 4-0 please..

That is the thing though, we are only a small step away from competing for Champions League places, the £25-26m figure THT and LCAB have given us would have left us challenging for those places. THT told us that Moyes himself said that with Dzeko and Hazard we would be winning the league, yet they didn't manage to find the funds. To the likes of Earl and Green, £25m is virtually pocket change, but they still didn't manage to get it. If they had they would have made it back off of the Champions League money from the next season, but they don't seem to be willing to.

I'm with you bud, don't want to do a leeds. It just feels like we have stopped taking baby steps! But lets see what happens next week, Moyes could pull one out of the bag.

I'm hoping Bily gets a chance today.

Yeah at the start of the season there was a great buzz going round, that this squad could challenge the top 4, with abit of investment in the summer we would of been! Those 2 players would of been the difference.

It's all well and good buying these players , but would Dzeko play well up front on his own..Moyes has had the best squad in years to start the season with and has struggled with it..No guarantee we would be anywhere near champ league even if we had these players..
