So much good undone by appalling set piece defending.

Bobby needs to send them out snarling

That's it really. As I said before, Countinho and Suarez are their only threat. But minus shocking defending, they have been terrible, especially Countinho who hasn't touched the ball since his gift of a goal.

Most frustrating derby I've seen in a long time. We're the better side. Just shot ourselves in the foot.

Need to pepper their goal. That Flanagan lad will get taken off, they'll go more defensive and go for the counter if they put either Moses, Stirling and Sturridge on.

Lukaku needs to hold it up better. Drop a bit more. Other than that, there's nothing much wrong minus 2 woeful goals

We need an early goal.

But we're just too slow passing it around. Silly mistakes, Lukaku a statue for the past three games. Typical derby then really.

Disappointed for Kev, just a bit more force and the leg would've snapped beautifully. Hopefully it was enough to put him out of the game though.

Not that worried tbh, we're dominating and coutinho and suarez aren't getting a look in. Keep playing like that and we should find two goals, particularly as we're attacking the gwladys street. Would like to see deulofeu against flanagan at some point.

jake humphreys haha

"people ask coutinho to step up in a big game and he's done that"

WHAT? he hasn't touched the ball ffs. a tap-in with half of liverpool to stand in is not turning up

Coutinho is painfully slow next to Coleman and hasnt looked all that. Even the rat did feck all really. Wonder if he comes out 2nd half?

We are struggling to create chances yet again all long distance stuff got in positions to put decent balls in but either ended up with poor crosses or overplaying. They have been better than I thought they would in a way I thought once they went 1 up it would be similar to the Swansea game where they were outplayed and that's the way it went after the 1st goal all the way to their 2nd but now we look low on confidence and I can't remember the last derby we came from behind to win, but before game I expected Liverpool win and can't see any different especially as Lukaku has a touch of the Jelavic's
