They were doing fine until they fired Cooper. They were above the relegation zone.
The gap between Vestergard and Faes was massive and we were able to exploit with ease.
Neither of them look particulalry mobile so it was surprising they didn’t change shape at the back after going 2-0 down.
Van Niestelrooy seems to be on to the Roberto Martinez defensive tactics book

Just back from the game, class.

That’s it for me, was my last game at Goodison, great day.

Delighted to sign of with our biggest win of the season and you know what it’s great to have Moyes back in the dugout again and the team trying their hearts out.

Huge win, being relatively safe takes all the pressure of and we can enjoy the last few games at the old lady, with the respect it deserves.

What. A. Result.

They didn't lay a glove on us.

One touch passing. Movement. Who'd have thunk it. As if training works.

So chuffed for beto. He knows he's now the main man. And seems to be thriving on it. Early days. But what we all wished for.

Midfield worries. Sorted.

At the back... Fort Knox.

As you were blues. Window or not. Looking good.

I know we shouldn't be celebrating being in 15th - but we needed a bounce and Moyes has provided it so well done the team and manager for turning 180 degrees away from anti-football as the solution.
After the first half of this season, three wins on the trot is a massive bounce. Unexpected but more than welcome.

It’s incredible what a difference trying to play football instead of just defending makes.
