They were doing fine until they fired Cooper. They were above the relegation zone.

The gap between Vestergard and Faes was massive and we were able to exploit with ease.
Neither of them look particulalry mobile so it was surprising they didn’t change shape at the back after going 2-0 down.

Garner motm for me on his first start after injury. Thought iroegbunam did ok too. Gana everywhere again and Beto transformed by moist getting them to pass it in front of him. Defense looked solid but O’Brien had trouble handling Mavidi when he came on. Great performance- happy to be a blue today!!!

After the first half of this season, three wins on the trot is a massive bounce. Unexpected but more than welcome.

It’s incredible what a difference trying to play football instead of just defending makes.
