That's because he is and has been since his debut. He's probably had 3 good games for us in total

I'm continually genuinely shocked that he's started any premier League games since October 2022, because usually a new signing that you're counting on gets a few games after looking good in training, and this guy has been obviously awful every game he's played to where management should've caught on quick. How anybody accepting pay to manage at that level would pick him is beyond me. Like, I'm almost offended just as a football fan that somebody so obviously so bad (like, he makes Keane look like an all time great) is constantly on the pitch).
