Great win, didn’t expect wolves to be so bad.

Amazing what a bit of controlled aggression and effort can do isn’t it, aligned with an absolutely shocking opponents defence - Dawson needs retiring, he was woeful, and his two cb mates Bueno and Lemima were not much better. The keeper is dodgy as to - a recipe for disaster for them.

We should have won about 6 or 7 nil.

DCL was lively, and had them harassed, more please Dom.

Ndiaye was his usual busy skilful self, and was trying to do too much sometimes especially when the movement around him is shocking.

Young was very very good, the free kick and the cross that they all left particular highlights.

Gana was everywhere and played some really brilliant stuff at times, his spin turn was class.

Motm was Mangala for me, again everywhere breaking up play, but some good forward passes and took his goal very well - nice bit of composure in the middle of the park settled everyone down.

McNeil took some great set pieces, but he drives me crackers and needs to do more for us.

Really liked the look of Broja in his little cameo, hopefully much more to come from him.

Same again on Saturday and through December please Toffees - the grand old lady deserves many more good days and nights just like that before she goes.

First goodison home match after leaving for liverpool last night from pittsburgh at 5:45 to NYC then a 7hr flight st 8:30pm then arriving at Heathrow at 10am today, took a two and half hour train to liverpool all with minimal sleep but it was absolutely worth it to watch a dominant everton live in person, truly memorable
I drove from Southport and was fuming.

I'm shocked but very happy... desperately needed that with the December fixtures we have looming...

Need more of the same.
I would keep the double pivot of Mangala and Gana. Gives us more bite and control in midfield.
Need to take the confidence of a 4-0 win and use it , in some really tough up and coming fixtures.

Need Joe Royle's Dogs of War mentality

I'm staggered at Wolves' decline. They were absolutely horrific, particularly in defence.

That said, they should have scored twice; that first time Doherty volleyed cross to Larsen was exceptional, luckily for us he Calvert-Lewined it instead of simply putting his head on it. Two smart Pickford saves too for us with Young being in the right place at the right time.

A thoroughly deserved win though and much improved performance across the park front to back. Doucoure's awful performance covered up by the others though and he'll steal a starting spot again at the weekend.

Excellent, happy for you. But lucky you, actually, I live abroad and the last two games I have seen at Goodison were both nil-nil.
