So..... it looks like basically hes just reverted to the early season formation, 3 in the middle with Doucoure playing in behind the striker, McNeil going wide left and Ndiaye moving to the right. The preferred Dyche formation of swapping out an attacker for Doucoure and the only way he knows to nick one.
