How is it a fantasy outcome to expect Man U to win their last games and us to lose our last 2?

Why would we want to finish below Spurs in 6th place, seemingly raising their status above ours? Possibly risking investment opportunities? Also, finishing 6th instead of 5th may give us a trickier draw in the Europa League.

United have to visit Southampton, plus have the revitalised and fighting for their lives Sunderland visiting on Saturday, the same Sunderland who came within seconds of 3 points at City and beat Chelsea at the Bridge so saying they'll win all 3, without question is plain stupid

Finishing a few points off 4th, and narrowly missing out on CL football is different to a team who give up at the end of the season and end up finishing 7th.
