In breaking news Everton FC® have decided that in place of the now cancelled Java Cup® they are going to play a friendly at Goodison Park® on Saturday against their own legal team XI. Bill Kenwrong® remarked "This is a great opportunity or our fans to see two of our most active teams at the club in action, both groups are responsible for bringing in huge revenues for the club and conversely have a large impact on our annual wage bill. that said the players XI will have a lot to learn!"

Maybe someone has, like they did the People's Club.

...the third legal case of the summer is maybe just around the corner here for Kenwrong FC.

Well i do think the steep rise in our Hidden operating costs will probably have a lot to do with Legal fee,s , as when were are Now not threatening to sue everyone or bill getting NDAs faxed over from his solicitors every five minutes , paying ppl of on the back of them , all the protracted out goings/incoming on players .. Failed stadium Moves and other builds , the repercussions of it all must run into millions and millions , the java cup legal case being the latest added in the mix, The powers that be must spend most of the time in the solicitors office more than anywhere else

solicitors office 24/7 :dodgy:

there is some footage somewhere on an everton dvd where i can pick myself out in the crowd. Thus the club are infringing on my property rights. I might sue

I think it should be the other way round.

Here we have a slick, friendly operation, run by good dudes.

On the other hand, a badly run FARCE of an organisation wants to tell US what to do??

EeeGads!

The game's gone crazy mate. We're slowly losing our clubs. So sad.

I see the club on the OS are using an image of Hibbert for his testimonial with 'Hibbert Scores, We riot' on it.

That's a bit two-faced isn't it? They scour forums to hound people for displaying what they see as 'their' copyrighted propery, and then leach off fan culture like that.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Agreed Dave, the club have completely ruined the whole thing. Hibbo will never score now.
