Think it's embarrassment mate. A kids mobile game that lost relevance about 5 years before they sponsored our sleeves.
I don't personally mind the sponsor, I just more object to sleeve sponsors in general.

Ok, not sure what the relevance of it being a kids mobile game is? Are we not interested in attracting kids to follow Everton through whatever means necessary? People kick off at us having gambling and alcohol related sponsors, and now a video game is no good either?

And at the time we signed the deal the game had somewhere in the vicinity of 65m active monthly unique players.

At the moment they are dipping their toe in the market signing up clubs who are not big names, once they are established and have a footprint in the sport then they will be going for the big guns who are with Nike Adidas and Puma.

As at 1/1/18 66.8 million monthly active users, 9.2 million daily active users, as at 30/3/19 downloaded 4 billion times. Looks pretty clever to me.
