Mate, if you take a loan that you dont actually need or use, then have to pay a lot more back on that loan, then out of you and the person loaning whose benefitted?
Ofc if someone loans money to one business he is involved in to another then it becomes a little more interesting...

Got back from South East Asia last week after travelling there for 3 months, as part of that I was in Thailand for just over 2 weeks.
From my time away I can not emphasise enough how poor everton are from a commercial perspective.
Who is our official airline partner? Do we have regional partners across the globe? An official logistics or confectionary partner?
The reason I ask is because all of the successful clubs do. In Thailand I saw an advert for Chocopie, Man Utd's official thai confectionary partner. Not their official confectionary partner but their official Thai confectionary partner. Maybe Rooney gets a shipment as part of the deal.
The entire time I was in Thailand I saw one piece of Chang related everton advertising an old poster in a bar on Koh samui. It was completely drowned out by adverts featuring FC Barcelona and Chang. Chang are Barcelona's main regional partner. And bloody hell weren't Everton's "biggest fan" keen to show it off. It's pathetic, Chang are spending big money celebrating their ties with Barcelona and completely brush over the fact they are the main official sponsors of an established premier league club.
It's not good enough to say " don't judge us against clubs with global support". Everyone I spoke to in Asia about the Premier league knew everton. The passport control at Singapore airport, saw my passport and asked if I was a Liverpool fan. When I said no Everton, he asked me whether I thought we would keep hold of Stones.
Our commercial department need a massive rocket up their backsides a bit of get up and go.
