RAFUH and mezzrow: Good to see fellow Floridians here. I am definitely stoked for Orlando City being in the MLS. As far as the Rowdies go, I go to quite a few of their games (especially the ones against the Armada).

BTW, I love my Rays and I love my Bucs (very popular in the UK, believe it or not).

Never been to Goodison (gottdamn!!!!, I'd love to, though), but comparing the Trop to Goodison is probably like comparing dog sh*t to gold.

@roydo the Trop is probably the worst baseball park in the world, excepting Cuba, home of the Tampa (Bay Devil) Rays; it's the Wirral of ballparks

The only good thing about the Trop is that it is air-conditioned. Which is necessary when watching a long, drawn-out baseball game. Especially, when considering there are 162 games in a MLB season.

Native By God Floridian, at that. There are not all that many of us, tbh. Especially ones my age. Pre air conditioning and all that.

Still remember when we got our first AC. O happy day. Remember sleeping to the sound of the attic fan and window fans running as a tyke.
