I had a pair of ecru (washed out beige, really) Adidas footy trainers about a decade ago. I just wanted simple black ones that looked like World Cups, but couldn't find any. Was pretty happy with them until I saw Phil Neville wearing the proper boot version a few months later..
I like that they're thinking outside of the box, but if I was given a pair, they'd stay in the box.
We had 'Everton' Puma Romas when we had their sponsorship. Not bad trainers, but why only in white? Who wears white trainers unless you're under 12, want them to match your teeth and what goes up your snout, or work in a mental hospital?
I like them as a Bally tribute, but wouldn't wear them.
