I wonder if this is true because that's how football really is or if the teams that do it are just so superior on talent that playing like that becomes possible. Conte for example has been very successful using a system that doesn't require possession. I think the Pep style or what Bayern do might just be a function of how great they are man for man. Meaning we probably shouldn't try to copy it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the way Rafael says he wants us to play. We don't actually play that way though.

Have to agree. It's not his ability, it's the fact he is rarely fit to play. His wages per minute are far from ideal.

His wages are high but if you look through the club we are struggling to shift anyone - even those on lower wages like Tosun and Iwobi.

We are just seen as a mugs club basically.
