Agree with the first sentence but not the rest. Moshiri is constantly trying to be too clever but ends up falling flat on his face. Selling the 89 year old Digne in order to bring in two young players that are out of their depth will still be considered as smart business in Moshiri's eyes. In reality, he facilitates yet another downgrade in quality.
