Do we no the specific breakdown of the Alli deal. From the glossary stuff i've seen its 12 million for 20 appearances which I guess is not doable this season as he's cup tied to Spurs, with add ons of 40 million over his current contract.

On paper that might seem fair or a chance to sell in the summer having no fee outbound, but realistically those contingencies will be attached to a future move? And I assume there is a tier of benchmarks not simply 12 to 40? Knowing the likelihood of those is inherit in evaluating the deal and Levy's reputation of being prickly over details does give me pause.
£10m after 20 games
rest in bonuses up to 33m (40m in euros as reported)

Max cost is 33m and thats if we and dele alli does well.

From Sky re Alli:

"An announcement with regards Donny van de Beek coming in on loan is expected soon. We await developments over whether there will be one other signing in addition to these at Everton. We know they're also in the market for a defensive midfielder and a defender."

…..regardless of how folk feel about specific deals, the club was in desperate need to have some new faces in to freshen the place up. New signings give everybody a lift and we need all the help we can get in our position.
Frankie the Tory will probably be a really good coach for Alli..

I know it shouldn't rile me up, but it does every time. They plaster the max fee including bonuses for every deal to get viewers. And not only that, they stick with the first reported fees for way too long even once they have been corrected/confirmed to be lower.
Except when it's the RS. They always show the lower fee when they buy someone.
