None of us know the true state of our finances. Its not unreasonable to suggest we're still deep in it based on what has come before.

Owners don't get a free pass, but ultimately they appointed Moyes and its he who has given us breathing space and, frankly, made TFGs initial job a lot easier.

It's a disappointing window and we are undoubtedly stretched but the litmus test is the summer. If we go into next season in a similar state then yeah, big questions need asking.
