With buyback options, what happens if the players, for whatever reason, doesn't want to go back?

Are they obligated to?

I its more that City have a set price if he wanted to go back but if he wanted to sign for somewhere else it would be a bigger fee.

I think that our incredible transformation under Moyes has pretty much guaranteed that we will see a massive investment in the squad in the summer.
