Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

You realise that it is possible that Dyche is an abysmal football manager, irrespective of how you feel Thelwell has performed in his role?

….i agree with that, Matey, i just don’t join the consensus that he’s at fault for everything about our team performance (just as I don’t blame Thelwell for everything about our team performance).

Beto for Philogene is a good move.

I think we need another midfielder tho Tim and Garner coming back this month.

Striker options are still light. Broja picking up a knock, Chermiti just coming back and DCL could move still in January.

Never happening but would love to see us come out of the window like this. And a new manager.

Not really worth worrying about signings unless there's going to be somebody decent brought in to coach them.

If they're keeping Dyche, they'd be better off getting in more old heads that more or less know what they're doing anyway.

I think the perfect striker for a team with two fast tricky wingers would be Jonas Wind. Proper target man and he can finish. Should have gone for him ages ago.

Very, very Wind.

2 full backs and a centre forward?

For me its a winger and an attacking midfielder as priority.

….a few rumours linking Chermiti with Championship clubs, maybe on loan so perhaps he’s not in plans.
