Nonsense! I felt in my bones all those early Moshiri signing were rubbish overpaid fakirs. Liverpool bought well (Mane, Salah, Jota, Firmino, Robertson, Dick Van Dyk etc) in the same period so its not only a guessing game, we have been run by clowns since Kenwright got control. Now we must hold the DOF to account, the manager has to play who’s bought. NO EXCUSES.
I thought we’d pulled a master stroke, getting £50m for Stones and getting Williams in for “only” £12m or whatever it was. It was about that time I realised I knew nothing about footy.

That’s the issue, he is never fit. Ever. Tierney is a massive massive risk - and one I’d avoid. We already have issues with long term injuries

I imagine every club was offered Tierney by his agent.
No Premier League club can agree terms with him until May, we can't loan him, we'd need to agree a fee with Arsenal to cover the last few months of his contract, all whilst having no guarantees over his fitness - oh and it does seem like he fancies a return to Celtic so we'd have that to compete with too.

Given his injury record I reckon unless he signed a pre contract with Celtic or ‘shook hands with us’ he’d be mad coming here on a couple of months deal . If he picked up an injury he could be without a wage for a long while
