Where’s this josh king story come from?
I haven’t looked if he has played much for Bournemouth this season. But you would think he’s worth a lot more to them if he helps them come straight back up. Than selling for a small fee.

Josh King is 28, younger than Hamez and Allan. Also the same age as Doucoure..... I suppose you didnt want these either!

There are so many names bandied about it is unbelievable. But what I do not understand is we named a set squad to the Pl/FA so how can we bring any new player/s in. Does it not mean someone has to come out of the squad to make room? How can we manage that?

Id rather see King played in the wide areas like we do with Richarlison and I`d have King over Iwobi, Bernard or anyone else at our club.... Badly lack pace in this side

So as I wondered it has to be 1 out for it to be 1 in. If so looks like no signings this window.

But either is John Joe Kenny.

If there's a 1% chance that King would at any stage in a season provide anything positive to the team then we're making progress.

Its obviously paper talk but thats my thinking regarding King.

He isnt top drawer
He isn't going to get you 10+ goals a season

But as a back up striker / squad player - if he can come off the bench and run at tiring opposition / nick a goal here and there then its an upgrade on Toshun who literally jogs around doing nothing.

Lets not forget Utd were looking at King before they signed Ighalo - one thing Utd get right more often than not is their attacking players / forwards.

For a nominal fee of under £10 million he's worth a look at imo.
