He’s been dropped because Chelsea are a team that wants to win things and are not happy to finish mid table.
We would obviously have to take a big hit on Pickford, if we had sold him last summer or even this summer. And then spend another 30/50 mil getting a quality replacement.
Maybe the club feel some other positions are more important at the moment( I don’t) and are hoping Pickford reaches his potential. And is still at an age that he should improve

I dont know what Carlo thinks of Pickford.
But people are creating fake news stating Carlo has dropped Pickford which isn't the case otherwise Olsen would be in the side for a run of games not taken out the side the following game regardless of how well he plays.

I think he does rate him but none of us on here know for sure.
He's deffo brought Olsen in to kick him up the backside but for me the fact he wants to keep Olsen suggests he has seen enough of Pickford to think he's happy enough with him as our no1 now he has decent competition breathing down his neck.
