So we’ve essentially conceded a challenge for a European place this season by doing no business in this window. We’ve accepted finishing mid table in the most open Premier League season ever. Excellent stuff, well played all concerned.

Yeah but it’s not culture of losing or the people who put in charge at board levels fault it’s ANOTHER set of players time to take the flak.

I think we'll finish 9th or 10th if we don't strengthen. If we'd have strengthened at the beginning of Jan I think we'd have had a chance for top four (might have won last two games). If we strengthen in the next few days then we might challenge for EUROPE. IMO of course.

Need some fresh legs to give the lads a boost you can start to see players like DCL and Richarlison going through the motions the last few weeks.

Go get a Dzeko on loan and spend a bit of dough on a pacey wide player and suddenly there is some fresh blood and enthusiasm about the place.

Any ideas who mate? I can’t think of any wide player at a decent price that would come in. Dzeko looks like he could be swapping Roma for Inter, don’t know if there’s a striker of similar moulding that we could get and that’s what’s frustrating
