Numerically speaking, we’re fine in midfield. We desperately need options in attack if anything.

Have you seen our midfield, apart from Doucoure we have the static clowns from last year, Gana Made the midfield tick when he was here, he is exactly what we need imagine a midfield trio Allan Doucoure Gana

Gueye on loan? I would.

There's a lot of reasons that'd make a lot of sense.

Big thing is wages though.

I think we need to put any funds we have more towards a forward player than a holding midfielder.

That being said, a player of Gana's quality immediately adds to our attack because Doucoure doesn't have to spend half of his time collecting the ball off the CBs and/or it allows our full-backs to push up.

I've said, repeatedly, that Gana could be a good fit for us since Doucoure and Allan both like to move forward. Let them. Gana breaks up so many moves.

Given that 10 of our players yesterday couldn't pass a ball, Idrissa Gana Gueye would fit right in. All of that hard-working hustle and bustle he puts in to win the ball for us ruined as soon as he decides he needs to pass it...out over the touchline. Great attitude, terrible technique.

uh, we didn't fill the bench yesterday even with 2 keepers on it.

and we only used 1 sub so it doesn't matter how many are on the bench if Carlo doesn't want to use them. Volume does not increase quality!
