I contacted them on the above email, I got an automated reply. On the email it said if I wasn't happy with the advice to reply to the email and someone would be in touch. I replied to it and someone has emailed me back to tell me where my parcel was and its since been updated on evri tracking.
Out of the blue we have had an email from the club today asking to confirm our address and they will look into it. Still no info on tracking though

My parcel got delivered yesterday thankfully. I ordered my son the home as part of his Christmas present. I also ordered myself a hoodie. The hoodie isn't the same as the one I ordered but just glad it showed up for my sons Christmas present.

Buying stuff physically at the Liverpool One store, is still problematic.

Stock not available, even before the Xmas shopping period.

We just can't seem to get retail right.

God knows what would happen if we ever got successful. How would they cope then ?????

Anybody else having problems with this. We ordered a training top and training jacket for my nephew for Xmas. We ordered them on the 18th November. Nothing has arrived. We tried phoning Everton but gave up after being place on hold for an hour. We tried phoning Evri which was just impossible. Is anybody else experiencing this ? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated
We ordered some PJ's for our granddaughter on 14th November and have just received a refund as it's not arrived. Unusually it's not the clubs fault, it's Evri, they're kin useless and have let us down on other items as well. We left a message on the clubs automated system.

They don't seem to be very consistent, I ordered a polo for myself the day after the training kit for my nephew and it arrived actually before the training top. So my experience seems to be a lot different to others, something gone right for me for once, I'll take a win.

Sorry to hear that mate but I do blame the club. They chose Evri knowing they have a terrible reputation

I think Evri own or are in the same group as Hermes. Who, to be honest, had a rather disjointed "last mile" system.

Most couriers, in my experience, have a patch, they get their load in the depot or delivered to them, they then own those parcels. Leave cards, leave in sheds, etc. Get paid per drop when dropped.

Hermes had this weird thing of having folk who would be like in charge of 3 or 4 postcodes, so needed several other lads to take the slack. So if a few CBA, the lad in charge was left with a 100 drops he had no chance of delivering. They then go back to the depot, rinse and repeat.

Once the system gets broken/delayed, its a nightmare for everyone.

Stock not available is an all round problem at Everton Fc online or in the shop. Popular sizes like Medium run out in few weeks/months when it is like new training gear or casual wear. And you never know if it available in the 2 Stores

They certainly are the same firm - probably a tax dodge?

Interesting to hear of these problems. I ordered some pajamas for my 5yr old on likie December 6th and they arrived the 15th or so to the USA. I'm not sure if there is a distributor here in the USA, but it was fast (I did pay extra to have it expedited shipping for about $10).
