Until Joyce confirms anything then it is all taken with a pinch of salt.

With Baines and Robinson available I’d prefer we spent money on a good left sided centre back anyway.

Absolutely not. Left back has been neglected for FAR too many transfer windows already. It’s been a pressing need for years now. It absolutely cannot be left again.
