Wouldn't be getting too excited seeing Celtic "ITK's" saying Tierney is done. Been caught with that too many times from Everton ones. I'll wait until Joyce etc is confirming it.

Would be a really good signing imo.

No we haven't, but I expect the signing will be done. I think much of the speculation coming out was not to do with Celtic and Everton doing a deal (as I think that will have been agreed) but about Tierney accepting he could move to Everton. He may have had Manchester United in mind but I believe it unrealistic. Spurs I doubt would spend heavily with Ben Davies there (and nor would I). He will have seen Everton under Allardyce and thought no thanks, but hopefully discussions with Brands & Silva may have swung it.

I like your optimism and too have faith in Brands being able to commit players to the dream he has for us.

Just going to wait now, as if true - the exposure surrounding the deal could see others swoop in.

Yeah I do remember that was the chatter. I just wonder how much we'd get for him against the cost of his contract.
