Saturday was our first pre season fixture but was Arsenals third. These lads are mid season. We look miles off the pace fitness, concentration and shape wise.

Speaks for a lack of planning over the last two months. Worrying.

West Ham have 5 pre season friendlies under their belt...no idea why we are so late getting started

Maybe needs a third foot too so he can actually hit the goal from half a yard out.

Glad that this game has gone like this, was already clear from last season this squad is not good enough. I just hope now lampard will push the board to bring in the players we need, also would like to see him start tark and mina as the cb
