Who isn't motivated by money? Not many.

I've got no problem if we offer him a bonus based on keeping us in the league if that helps motivate him.

We both then get what we want in the short term.

Intrigued to know any sound bites from the book around the sports science stuff though?
Everyone is motivated by money ,me included , he is maybe a bit more honest about it than most.
He basically went over there and looked what there football.teams ,( the Yankee version) were doing performance monitoring, food and the rest to produce a player and team to perform to there maximum, and came back and tried to do a soccer version , he was well ahead of the game on it.
His thoughts on the game were interesting even as a player.
To be honest if he keeps us up he is worth the money, even at 4 million a year.
We need a strong character to sort this his squad out , and right now to be honest he could be the right man to sort us out.
I would have gone for Dyche a few weeks ago , but we have slipped even further now so personally I a going to give him my support if he comes.

I have though, he first implemented and utilised it well at Bolton. Then everyone else did and it’s now standard.

Secondly he his useless, and he’s definitely fat. Anyway, he took over at palace with them in 17th on 15 points with a -4 gd.

Fast forward 2 months and they were 19th on 19pts with a -14 gd

So not only did he plunge them into a relegation fight, he took credit for them getting them out of it.

Your turn
Can he take credit for us losing only 4 of 19 PL games in the second half of the 2015/16 season ?

Just announced:
SAM ALLARDYCE is set to answer Everton’s managerial SOS today and sign a £12MILLION mega deal.
Allardyce will fly in from a break in Dubai to take charge at Goodison, having won his battle to get a 2½-year contract worth around £100,000 a week.

Good job he really wanted the job and isn't in it just for what he can get!
