Is it just me that watches none of these fan channel videos? Must be. I've no idea what her content is like, might be great, might be awful, but I've no more interest in watching her than anyone else. I fail to see what they add, and if I've a sudden interest in what a random punter thinks I'd ask a mate instead, rather than someone wanting likes and subscribes above everything else.

As an Evertonian, these fan channels can be useful as the mainstream media largely ignores us.

I'm just curious, as its probably my age showing, but I just can't see any benefit to this stuff for the viewer. I can see the content creator getting paid for this, and them getting the benefit as a result, which is fine as they have to spend the time and effort creating the content. But the creators in 99% of cases have no more access or information than any other fan, so all they're doing that I can see is giving their opinion the same as any other Joe Bloggs. Any time I see some of this stuff, I usually can't get past the first 30 seconds due to cringe overload. If I see that Ped video one more time on Twitter that we've just won the transfer window again I might just lose it.

I like to read the news and don't watch videos except for tutorials. Most of that I'm sure is generational; I may be fond of some media personalities but I don't like to digest my news through them. Not everyone feels that way however.
