Pace would help because you slide one ball in for someone to run onto its all too slow currently. Agree the tactics are mostly to blame but pace would help on the counter. Team like Bournemouth have about six pacey forwards they aren't even that skillful but that's their threat.

Bournemouth have actual tactics though, our idea of a counter attack is hysterical tbh. We need someone who can operate a team in 2024 and who doesn't think its 1994.
