I understand that we may be forced to sell Branthwaite but I cling to the hope that if Onana and Maupay leave it may be enough for PSR.

If we sell Branthwaite and replace him with a 30 year old then that is hard to accept.

At least bringing in young players gives us some hope for the future.

Yes, but that’s where we are at currently, until some magic new owners come in these are the players we can get I think personally

Dyche eluded to the issues- we had to find players from clubs that would do a deal on the structure. Hence over paying for Beto because we didnt have to pay until this year. £26m is going to cripple us this summer.

Hoping we can shift Beto on for a chunk of that 25m. He would be a good buy for desperate promoted team... not sure Leeds or Leicester but one of the others

We will sell Branners cos he wants to leave and somebody will make an offer we deem acceptable.

I wonder now that Bill has gone whether we still turn people into rats before we sell?

Replacing him with a 30 year old that can play straight away, and a younger player not quite ready for the first team would be more palatable though.

I want us to sign him and tbh I rate him highly and think he is going under the radar in the Championship a bit but Hull don't need to sell players as they have a rich owner so any deal is going to cost, they are trying to build their team around him. We might be better with Ballard at Sunderland.

Yeah is prob alot more but agree is the sort of cb we should be looking at

I can see Dyche wanting Ben Mee. Out of contract in the summer, although been injured for a while. Solid enough defender.

We should not be signing any more players in their mid 30s who we’ll have to replace in a year.

Yeah, on a free. I’d do it TBH. Provides different options and would allow a Cherniti loan which would be great for his development.

Yeah if it helps us spend more would want us on a better position but for now does make sense if sensible contact money and length

And we clearly like him. We'd have signed him last summer if the deal was structured right.

Just unsure we'd want to carry three senior strikers and can't see us getting enough for Beto to convince us to move him on.
