Gambling and alcohol are both legally allowed in Senegal mate.

:)
It's precisely because homosexuality is illegal in so many countries that the bigoted views of players from these medieval societies playing abroad in more tolerant places MUST be confronted. Imagine being jailed or, worse, executed because you are gay.

Everton can do as much charity as they like. If we resign that bigot, some of us will make our own minds up about how sincere that posture actually is.

He didn’t have him in his first 11 though at the start of 17/18, his favoured forward line was Siggurdson Rooney Sandro

When Allardyce came in he moved Rooney into midfield and played DCL through the middle a bit more
I think DCL was played as a wing back in that match. If you mean the stoke game where Rooney got the winner

We need to make limited dough go as far as poss.

So we're buying experienced PL players on the drip.

It might not be exciting, but lot worse transfer strategies imo.
There is also alot better transfer strategies. Generally if money is short the PL is the last place you would normally shop. I don't know whether our scouts are anti-vax or something and can't get outside of the UK for whatever reason but we are certainly scared to go shopping abroad it seems where you can get more bang for your buck.

I'm not sure if the majority of the world does (as in, I actually don't know).

I also think that these things eventually reach the point of diminishing returns. In this case, nobody would have a clue about Gana's beliefs if he'd never been told to wear the rainbow paraphernalia, because the law prevents him from acting on them.

Having said all that, I didn't really think too much of him the first time around, so perhaps I should step back and see if the activists can get this cancelled.

I mean, I personally think it’s a good thing he’d came and mentioned it to be perfectly honest.

It shows there’s a long way to go, in trying to make sure it is accepted.

He’s entitled to his own opinions, but by the same token, we’ll never know what culture happens in the changing room, to the state that no male footballers come out.

It’s the biggest sport in the world, and I feel they should be responsible for preaching good. But maybe I’m just an eternal optimist!

Like I said it might not be most exciting transfer strategy but we have to stabilise the club.

Experienced PL players should be able to settle quickly + give us consistent level of performance.

I’m in favor of this signing for several reasons as long we also add another goal scorer and at least one good midfielder, but is also begs the question why we didn’t match the deal that Brentford got for Lewis-Potter. I know it’s a different style of player, but it seems we had legit interest. It will be interesting to hear what the details of this deal are in terms of upfront money.

Still got Cornet to go too.
Yep.

There'll be £40M+ on its way to Burnley...that's way Moshiri was confident there'd be signings...they were probably already in the pipeline waiting to be announced.

2 players worth about £25M for the pair and Everton will pay about £45M....no one hands £20M to Burnley for a player of there's.
