They are operating of a Championship budget so have huge scope to increase costs - essentially they make an extra 90 mill at least just by being into the PL - even if they are relegated they are guaranteed another 80 million in parachute payments over two seasons, its a huge shot in the arm, while you can also loose 35 mill a year and stay within profit and sustainability.

Not quite, we still need to get rid of the James, Allan, Doucoure, Godfrey window. But I think 2018 was the worst one and it's now gone.
