That has passed me by and can’t find it as a rule anywhere online.

Without looking it up I think there may be a Premier ruling of 4 loans, 2 of which can be domestic, with not more than 1 from an individual domestic club. Could have just made that up.

This Kudus seems a cheapish deal hopefully it means we're saving some dough for a striker.

Struggling to see how all the signings fit together and what Frank is aiming for as a first choice eleven.

Thats because he is building a squad not a first team XI I would imagine.
