Well, if Chuck comes off then it looks like Lampards maybe been given a -25m net spend this window to go with, and about the same next window with some of the Kean money. If reported deals happen it means hes brought in 2 CBs, 3 CMs, and 3 Forwards on permanent deals, or 8 players this window.
