I’d take Josh King back at this point. We are going to be starting most games with McNeil and Rondon as the game changers on the bench.

We are morphing into Burnley from last season, McNeil and Tark with an inability to score goals but a “respectable” goal difference

Seriously our fans are expecting us to sign a striker that will make a huge difference? It's not going to happen, our main striker is Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Gordon is being considered as the next big thing, so any incoming will be a back-up or youngster with potential.

Ultimately we don’t play 2 upfront and as things stand our striking options for one place are DCL Maupay and Rondon.

Not many teams have four striking options for one position. Obviously DCL is injured but we can’t buy players using the logic that all our current ones will get injured.

We need to fix the injury problem at the club not just buy more and more players.

Our current wife options are Gordon Gray and McNeill. That’s arguably more shallow than our striking position.
