If you were saying ‘I think we’ll be fine’ then I wouldn’t be replying, but if you’re saying you can’t see why people think we’ll even be close to it then it does seem pertinent to say that we barely stayed up last year, haven’t won yet, or scored more than once, or kept a clean sheet, have been picking up a point a game on average since this manager took over, and have an owner with a hair trigger. Anyone who can’t see why people are worried must have glaucoma.

Possibly but Richys game was more than that. He annoyed defences with his skill, Snide and workrate. Maupay works hard but he doesn't have the quality. He also doesn't have his physicality.
He's not even in the same league, reflected in their transfer fees.
