Personally I’d find a summer of frees and loans much less stressful than watching us bid against ourselves for fading overpaid players top Euro clubs with FFP issues are desperate to flog & Moshiri compensating the fans for the failed takeover with a last day of the window £30m splurge for Dwight McNeill.

I'll take pelters for saying this, but we made a mistake letting him go last year - more specifically we made a mistake bringing in Rondon to take his place.

If the Mallorca interest (think it was them. Might have been Malaga.) is concrete I would sell Rondon in a heartbeat and bring King back as DCL's backup, provided a sensible wage could be agreed. We need a couple of experienced heads, and the freebie market is not a terrible place to find them.
