Shame nothing has been done about the attack and we sold Richarlison.

We did buy Maupay.

It’s not enough but it’s not as though the club did nothing.

We play in a front three with one central striking position. We have DCL Maupay Rondon for that.

It’s the wide positions that concern me. We’ve effectively swapped Richarlison for McNeill but McNeill can’t cover central striker.

So we’re left with Gordon Gray McNeill and Townsend (injured)

We literally didn't have the money. We had to budget for a compromise on Gueye rather than PSG mucking cards, and we didn't have the prospect of wage dumping part of Gomes.

That means Chelsea aren’t loaning out Broja as expected.

Or told us permanents only, then rejected our increased offer from the Gomes money. Either way.
