They're both decent CBs to be fair and i wouldn't be upset if we kept both of them. If we were to lose one though to help fund a new CB purchase I'd deffo keep Mina. Apart from being a better player he's such a huge character to have in the squad.

Right. Keane is old reliable, that is always healthy and delivers at a Prem-standard level, but not really at a European-standard level.

Mina can do more, but misses a lot of time.

If you want Mina, you need an extra CB in the squad. If you want Keane, you're limiting your ambition a bit if he's always starting.

Think its more average than appalling. Youth recruitment is the main determining factor in the quality of players coming out of the youth team... And we have really tough competition in the north west hence the difficulties bringing through a lot of first teamers.

But on that point... He has made it to the first team by the age of 16. There is one player in front of him... what else could he want?
