We didn’t appreciate Walcott’s contributions, and we thought we could get away without having any right midfielder at all, just like we’ve thought that we can get away without signing a much needed new right back for the past three seasons.

Of course, it’s just led to our right hand side being absolutely cack.



And yet compare the reaction to when we signed Bernard on a free = giddy with excitement. Yet he’s been crap and can’t even get a game.

We look like we might be signing someone that had the same number of assists as Rodriguez last season and everyone has a cack attack.
